remove stitch!

went back to remove my stitch. finally! so uncomfortable having it in my mouth on my cheek behind my tooth. it was not painful..unlike what kesh said. but it wasnt totally no feeling la. after tt i had one of my upper left tooth filled. its surface was chipped due to grinding of teeth.. she said im actually quite young to have this problem. n asked if i grind alot anot. anyway she said to protect my teeth..i need a night guard which will be done on my next visit next mth. zZz...

then its lunch time! big prawn mee! at katong. all time fav. didnt take any pics..will, the next time round. dessert? frost!

and cuz my lips have been quite bad lately..
dearx bought me this! =D

ive never liked to use lip stick..lip balm.
but..i think i shld try to be this a habit since my lips bu ting hua!

5days mc!! but..

5days MC!! but.. zZZz

my only motivation - 5 days mc!! but ended up nth fulfilling! cant kbox, cant buffet, cant swim, cant spa..cant this cant that..no movies..moody moody mood.

all i did was watching dvds..

dearx bought it before it was screened.

Zero star.

k la not bad. i completed Ice Age! im curious abt part 1&2 after watching part 3 during the company outing last last week~ nth disappointing! =))

Tues, my menses came..damn low liao. what a bloody week for me! LOL. my teeth stopped bleeding ard wed ba..but the swell made me umcomfortable n so irritated! zZz. i feel that ive quite wasted my 3days! n tmr its fri le! so damn fast..please go slower please..

130709-wisdom teeth extraction with dearx!!

Our 2 wisdom teeth got extracted!

Dearx n me booked for a dental appt for our wisdom tooth extraction after we went to visit the dentist sometime ago. Our dentist told us that both of our lower wisdom teeth grew the same way! horizontally. zZz. thus they have to be extracted or the rest of our teeth will be gone case.

The thought of having it extracted was damn scary! never liked to have my teeth plucked out since young..=/ even a trip to the dentist. but to have a nice clean set of teeth..ive started going to the dentist regularly le~not really regulary la..but im trying my best to!

our last meal at Boon Tong Kee chicken rice! Katong.

love the rice love the chilli love the raw fish! chicken not bad too! hehee.

SO dearx went in first..n after ard 30-40mins ltr he came out smiling.

"not pain at all. no feeling one. dont worry ok? i will wait for u here de."

Before the extraction, we need to take like 6 pills! anti-biotics, pain kills etc. ZZZ! i HATE med to the core! slight phobia..i was already shivering lor. cold air-con plus 6pills plus scared-ing..=/

During the process of my upper tooth extraction, my jaw/gum/tooth didnt feel anything. not at all. very fast. i felt relieved. =)

For the lower tooth, OMG pain pain le. at first i was warned that there will be pressure..n some disturbing sounds..so yup im mentally prepared for it. n its tolerable la. but aft few seconds or minutes, theres pain n out of a sudden..a Sharp pain that made my body n legs shook. the dentist asked if im ok. im not really..but i told him Ok. =/ the stitching part was ok.. but till then i was controlling my emotions le..

When i came down the stairs..when the first person i saw was dearx..i burst out into tears! nv thought that i would! lols. omg..but really scary ma.. =/

worse still, my 2 right wisdom teeth have to be extracted too..probably next yr ba.. zZzzzzzzz.....
