MERRY CHRISTMAS!!
its belated christmas now le! but heard that xmas last for 12 days? 7 days?
this year's xmas eve was quite different! first half of the day was at work..totally no mood to work! at 11+ am we had some xmas snacks! yum yum i love salmon! then it was gift exchanging and lucky draw. got the idea from cz, i bought chilli chocolates too! then so qiao, tt joel ah beng got mine! he prayed hard for not getting mine but ha ha, lao tian you yan! LOL.

and for me, i got a teddy bear frm one of our malay or indian colleague. its now stationed at my office desk..guarding. hehee.

after that little celebration, i went to meet dearx at town. crowded as expected la. this xmas eve dearx n me decided to shop ard for gifts for each other instead. cause really dont know what to buy le..our anni juz over, no more ideas. no time somemore. i bought 2 tshirts for him, he bought 1 top n 1 dress for me. n we bought a wallet for his mum. =)
then watched Yes Man! nice show..just laugh only. hahaa.
During xmas..

at first it was fully booked. so we were on the waiting list. then we went to book ikoi at miramar hotel. but yea! we got a call saying that theres available table for us le. =D
n so qiao! cz booked too! same day same time!

lets start with the foods!
hmm.. naturally, we kept comparing it with Melt.
and the most frequent sentence was, Melt's nicer..Melt's better..Melt's this Melt's that.
LOL.
but really, compared to Melt, Carousel is far behind.
if w/o comparison, carousel is not bad too la.
=)
as for variety wise.. theres more.
oysters' standard is abt the same as Melt! n they only opened them on the spot if u want..so it shld be fresher? =P~

the prawns are not as fresh as the shells sticks to the flesh! hahaa.

overall.. i think its ok la. mai hiam so much. lol. cannot compare to Melt one ma..yi fen qian yi fen huo, u pay for what u get!

when its dearx's turn..oops, the heavy human traffic.
yup! a different xmas celebration! first xmas eve with colleagues at office, on-the-spot xmas gifts, forgotten to bring my cam twice! ARGH. so pics were taken by dearx hp cam n cz's cam. then so qiao met cz, and no xmas decorations pics were taken.. only road pics! lol.
